The Court : Since I am otherwise satisfied at this stage that the alleged contemners will not initiate any further proceeding in respect of Clause- 4 of the Consent Decree in question, no restraint order against the alleged contemners is necessary at this stage.
The matter will be heard as fixed after the summer vacation and as mentioned in the order passed yesterday.
This direction is made treating the matter as on the day's list. All parties including the alleged contemners are to act on a xerox signed copy of this order upon usual undertaking.
