This Bail application coming on for orders upon perusing the
petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.RAJEEV,
K.K.DHEERENDRAKRISHNAN, V.VINAY, M.S.ANEER, M.MUHAMMED SHAFI, Advocates
for the petitioners and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondents, the
court passed the following:
ORDER
Learned Public Prosecutor is directed to file a report regarding the present stage of Crime No.552/2021 of Nadapuram Police Station registered against the defacto complainant in this Crime (Crime No.549/2021 of the very same Police Station), punishable under Sections 376(2)(n),6,5(1) of the POCSO Act and whether the accused has been arrested in that crime.
The learned Public Prosecutor is also directed to produce the wound certificate of the defacto complainant in Crime No.549/2021.
Post on 4.10.2021.
The petitioners in Crime No. 549/2021 shall not be arrested till 4.10.2021.
