Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the
circumstances stated in the afflldavit filed therewl-th, the High Court may be
pleased to issue a wrl't, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature
of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent in issuing the
Letter/summons dated, 20.08.2024, 24.08.2024,18.09.2024, 03.10.2024 and
29.10.2024 in File No. Revl'ew/8ITTD/2024-SSW directing the appearance of
the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Rules of Procedure of The
National Commission for Scheduled Trl'bes, 2021 and Article 338A and Article
14, the Constitution of India and consequentially to set aside the same and
direct the lSt Respondent not to insist on the presence of the petitioner before
the lst Respondent

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit fl'led in support of the petition, the High Court may be
pleased to suspend the operation of Letter/summons dated 29.10.2024 on File
No. Review/8ITTD/2024-SSW while directing the respondent not to insist upon
the appearance of the petitioner, pending disposal of wp No.25103 of 2024,
on the file of the High Court.

the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier Order of the High Court
dated 05.ll.2024 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of sri
GINJUPALLI SUBBA RAO Advocate for the Petitioner and of Deputy Solicitor
General for Respondent Nos. 1 to 2, the Court made the following
