Section 2(eee) as follows:
"(eee) „continuous service‟ means uninterrupted service,
and includes service which may be interrupted merely on
account of sickness ... year. If he is in service for
a period of one year and that if that service is continuous
service within the meaning of clause
Section 2-A defines continuous service. According to this
section, if an employee renders continuous service for a period
of 240 days in a year ... interpretation because as per the said section completed year of
service means continuous service for one year. Therefore, these
provisions are emphatic in stating that
including
continuity of service from 8th May, 1982 and his involuntary and forced
unemployment would form part of the period of his continuous service ... respondent's policy but instead counted the
period of continuous service from 17th July, 1996.
