grab land' shall be construed accordingly."
Section 2(c) defines `land' as hereunder:
" `land' includes rights in or over land ... treated as land grabbing and that occupation of a building along
with open land cannot be treated as land grabbing under the Act.
When
grabber and land
grabbing as under:
(d) land grabber means a person or a group of persons who commits
land grabbing and includes any person ... land belongs to the complainant, (b) the respondents before it are
land grabbers and (c) the activity of the respondents constituted land
