Question which has arisen in this case is whether
persons, governed under “The persons with
Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of
Rights and Full Participation ... disabled
persons in particular, to protect the rights of
disabled persons. Even though the Act was enacted
way back in 1995, the disabled people have
discussed with the pubertal child and her parent or any other person in whom the child has trust and confidence; and, (e) wherever necessary ... divyang (person with disability), suitable measure and care shall be taken as per the provisions of The Rights of Persons with Disabilities

(Hearing Impaired)/ (Locomotor Disability)/ (Autism,
Intellectual Disability, Specific Learning Disability and Mental
Illness and Multiple Disabilities mentioned under Clauses ... disability, it categorises
persons afflicted with disability under three separate headings.
(1) Clause (i) talks of a person with benchmark disability to
mean a person
muscular
dystrophy;
(d) autism, intellectual disability, specific learning
disability and mental illness;
(e) multiple disabilities from amongst persons under
clauses (a) to (d) including deaf ... with disability, persons with benchmark
disability etc. is given as follows:
"2(r) "person with benchmark disability" means a person
