work done by the Petitioner in
relation to the punch list items;
(e) pass ex-parte ad-interim orders in terms of prayers ... states on December 18, 2021, the
Independent Engineer had issued punch list of items to be carried out by the
petitioner. In fact, the petitioner
Delhi Jal Board (DJB) and Engineers
India Limited (EIL) that a punch list has been prepared setting out the remaining
work that ... handing-over the project to DJB through
EIL. The said punch list is reproduced as under:-
"Following are the observation

defects. The affidavit shall also address the points of
defects pointed out in the reply as well as the admitted
punch list
completion thereof is attributable to the Authority; provided further
that the Punch List shall also include the cost of completion for each
of the outstanding ... remaining items of work the I.E. was to issue
a „Punch List‟ setting-out the items of work to be completed by the
petitioner
Works: The Claimant shall complete all
unhindered balance construction works and Punch List items within 90
(ninety) days from the date of this Order
