Rules, which read as under:-
"CHAPTER VII
5. Replication.-The replication, if any, shall be
filed within 30 days of receipt of the written ... prevented by sufficient cause for exceptional
and unavoidable reasons in filing the replication
within 30 days, it may extend the time for filing
the same

5. The plaintiffs filed a Replication on 26.09.2017, producing
therewith an additional document.

alone the suit, and therefore, the embargo as contained in Order
beyond the maximum permitted
period of 45 days for filing of the replication.

service of the written statement on the plaintiff

Replication to the Written Statement of the Defendant

replications to the written statements filed by the defendant ... recorded that the plaintiff does not wish to

8.
15. The plaintiff
spite of opportunity granted, the plaintiff failed to file its
replication and the original documents. This Court, therefore, vide its
order dated 14.09.2010, while framing ... suit,
closed the right of the plaintiff to file the replication and the original
documents:-
