'gamtal' and that, therefore, there is nothing
objectionable in allotment of identified the land ... allotted to the petitioner, is not required by the
Gram Panchayat for Gamtal and therefore, the Mamlatdar
has opined to grant 8 Acres land
need for the NOC and the land is not
gauchar land is Gamtal Plot and even if land is
gauchar than by passing resolution ... Panchayat has allowed petitioner here to put up
R.O. Plants on Gamtal land bearing Block No.1 and
the petitioner has established
respondent Panchayat
and other authorities to remove encroachments
over Gaucher land and Gamtal Land.
6. In pursuance of the said directions, the
respondents started taking ... list of the survey numbers
which are Gauchar land and Gamtal Land and the
encroachment over such land are being prepared

that the Building Rules are not applicable for construction in Gamtal
land, the matter requires consideration. Hence, Office is directed
to issue notice ... plaintiff seeks to rely, are not applicable
