merger, the Adhoi
respondent no.3 has encroached
upon 'gauchar' land and 'gamtal' land and has made illegal

Gram Panchayat, there are in all 34
encroachments in the Gamtal land. It is the stance of the respondent
No.8, that earlier notices were ... remove each and every encroachment

action has not been taken till this
