land. It was contended that both the authorities have failed to
consider ... petitioners. The subject land
is situated two kilometres away from the village/gamtal and
therefore, the same is not of the nature that
part of the gaucher land and which is
also not close to Gamtal. Such allotment shall be made within a
period of two months from
person, who will be entitled under below poverty scheme as no
more gamtal land is available. He has also urged that the impugned
order
remove each and every
encroachment from the
gauchar
land or the gamtal
of the village Tarabh, if such action has not been taken till that
shown in the map, in the way which proceeds from Gadu Gamtal
towards Survey No.175, there are two ways

We, thus, find no merit in this application and consequently, the
same is dismissed
various representations to the respondent authorities for removal of
illegal encroachments of gamtal land in survey No.407 at village
Mevad, Taluka Mehsana as there
plot and handed over the possession of the plot in Juna Gamtal area.
It is further stated that one Ms.Boniben Laljibhai is a allottee
