instead of correct address of the assessee. He therefore, quashed the
reopening ... that C-2/101, Sector- 26, Noida, U.P. is incorrect address concerning
the appellant. In fact as submitted by the appellant

delivered their reply at incorrect address and therefore the appellant received delayed
response.
