properly conducted by the Medical Officer on first occasion. Re-
postmortem examination was therefore conducted, however ... postmortem examination was conducted at the Sir J.J.
Hospital, Bombay on 23.08.2023. Consequently, nothing incriminating
could be traced in the re-postmortem examination
specifically directed that the
investigating officer shall remain personally present along with
re-postmortem examination report and other papers of investigation which
do not form part of the charge-sheet. It appears that on 21.12.2023 re-
postmortem
instructions, submits that the J.J. Hospital
where the re-postmortem examination has taken place has still not given
