Pandey, who conducted the postmortem
examination of the deadbody, proved the postmortem
certificate issued by him and also stated that the injuries
referred ... police. All the
injuries were caused by some fire arms. The postmortem re-
port - Annexure p-8, (Volume III of the paper book)-mentions
about
body of deceased Varghese on
25.06.2004 and issued Ext.P50 postmortem
certificate.
5.In the meantime, PW1 was intimated by the
Aryanad Police that ... Head of the Dept.of Forensic
Medicine, Medical College, Alappuzha, conducted
re-postmortem on the body of the deceased
been assigned to all other accused including the applicant.
As per postmortem report, all the injuries which the deceased had sustained
the fire arm injury ... other external injury on the body of the deceased as per postmortem re
ort except the fire arm. The case of the present applicant
trial is at final stage and as per the postmortem re-
port the cause of death of the deceased was due to throttling
causing asphyxia
recorded. He had taken copy of postmortem re-
port vide receipt Ex.PW1/E. After postmortem, dead body of his
daughter was handed over
health con-
dition of the deceased Javed. Pertinently, as per postmortem re-
port, no external antemortem injury was seen and regarding
cause of death
