Ramanathapuram, to conduct re-postmortem of the body of the petitioner's
husband, through a Special ... prayer sought for in respect of re-postmortem. The submission of the
seventh respondent is that the postmortem was done by a team of Doctors
direct the respondents to conduct re-postmortem on the dead body of the Mathiyazhagan, which has been kept in the Mortuary of Government Medical College ... such circumstances, no purpose whatsoever would be served by directing a re-postmortem. opinion about the manner in which the
postmortem was conducted reflects certain irregularities which renders the
postmortem report an improper and unreliable ... also qualified can be allowed to
perform the postmortem so that the re-postmortem done will serve the purpose
for which it is required. Hence
vide Ex.P/16. Postmortem was performed
by Dr. M.K. Yadav (PW-12). Ex.P/14 is the Postmortem re-
port
direct the 7th respondent to constitute a team of Doctors for
conducting re-postmortem on the body of the petitioner's husband.
