Affiliation Regulation, 2011 which clearly prescribes mandatory
recognition and affiliation, including code of the petitioner-

Secondary Education, Bihar granted Code number to the
school as 22421 which was in the name
Lady Principal, Bankipore Girls High School, Patna".
