(I) Whether the FDP implies a commitment of the contractor to
produce particular ... particular rate?
(II) Whether the FDP implies a commitment of the contractor to
do a series of development activities even if there is a difference
limitation.
4. In the meanwhile, respondent No.1 instituted final decree proceedings
(FDP No.5 of 1999). On being noticed by the trial Court
continued production of oil and gas as per approved Field
Development Plan (FDP) from time to time. In case Vedanta
Resources Plc. fails to perform
preliminary decree was passed on 31.07.1986. M. Subhaschandra
Bhakta and others filed FDP No. 24 of 1992 for preparation of final decree
in which
Gurgaon-Manesar Urban Complex published vide Notification No. CCP
(NCR)/FDP(G)/2011/1386 dated 24.05.2011. Specifically, it was contended
that Sectors

order passed by the trial court on IA. No. 4 in FDP No.8 /
