of the loud speaker being displayed and causing noise pollution in the
neighbourhood, the same is creating public nuisance and also resulting
using speakers for their prayer and it creates air and noise pollution.
8. On the other hand, on the side of B party ... petitioner's suit schedule property, stating that it causes noise pollution and security problems. On the said objection, this court directs the appellant
Constitution of India seeking direction to the respondents to prevent noise
pollution caused by the Gurdwaras, in the residential area of the village.
