contravention of provisions of NDPS Act seized vide seizure memo ... about 12 noon, one undertrial, namely, Kailash had been found receiving charas like
material from the mulakati during the course of his mulakat. He called
NDPS Act ") as it is alleged that 1.226 Kg Charas / Hashish (in a dark
gray backpack / Pitthu bag having 'Sports Antler' badge ... apprehended later on.
2. In view of alleged recovery of 1.226 Kg Charas / Hashish from the
