The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that ... parties.
On a consideration of facts, it becomes clear that the cheque
became outdated on 27.10.2006, which however, was presented on
28.10.2006 to the collecting
said cheque was
returned unpaid for the reason "Instrument Outdated". Another cheque
bearing No.000026 dated
petitioner with the reason "Instrument is stale/outdated" in lieu of
cheque presented.
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner
compromise Cheque No. 722669 and 722670 replaced by Cheque No.
724072 and 7240733 dated 01-11-2015. Complainant was already in possession of
