The claim of the petitioners is that even though the plots
have been allotted but ancillary service like dumping of cow-dung ... this extent. It is in pursuance of such direction a
common plot measuring 1500 square yards has been allotted for
disposal of cow-dung.
Learned
while
seeking approval of the plan, the plots have been allotted only for the reason
that plots were lying vacant for a long time. Both ... allot
43 plots as against 3 plots advertised suffered from patent illegality. Even,
the process of allotment of three plots is far from fair
letter of
allotment of plots raising plea of promissory estoppel. The said writ
petitions were decided by this Court vide common order passed ... applied for allotment of plots in focal point, Patiala and
Phase VIII (Jeevan Nagar), Ludhiana except that a common
draw was held in furtherance
petitioner failed to make payment of the
outstanding dues. The plot was, thus, resumed on 10.7.2001.

I attest ... affairs of the plot but the same is beyond common understanding
when the plot had already vested with HUDA after passing of the
resumption order
also argued that the servant quarters
of the adjoining plots share a common wall, therefore, such common
wall, which is not a load bearing wall
parks and other common purposes
would be to the same extent as left in overall scheme.
Consequently, the area under plots would be about
candidates for
allotment of plots found that only 8 candidates are eligible for allotment of
plots. The name of the petitioner was stuck ... further been found that father of the petitioner
was allotted a plot in the year 1977. As per the voters' list the name
proposal to the Deputy Commissioner for his
approval for allotment of plots to the 335 eligible families within four
weeks.
The petitioner being a Gram ... juristic
entity. The Panchayat in terms of the Punjab Village Common Land
