parties were bound to deliver possession of the plot upto 3.7.2010, after
development ... common areas, but they failed to deliver the same. The
complainants vide letter dated 9.10.2010, requested the opposite parties, to
deliver possession of the plot
built up area of 1030 sft including common area in the
residential complex built over plot

allotted to them or to allot them alternative plots of the same size and
dimensions in some other equally developed ... land was to be left
for the common purposes of roads and parking etc. and the plots were
