towers was part of common layout which was built on plot area which was more
than 25 acres and while ... projects constructed
during the specified period, on a specified size of the plot with residential units
of the specified size, it cannot be inferred that
means a project in which plots of developed space
or built up space or a combination, with common facilities and quality
infrastructure facilities, is developed
CBDT has already issued
clarification stating that the area of the plot for 1 acre should be
calculated considering the whole site ... ITAT
Chennai D Bench, has held that the sanction obtained for
individual plots forming part of the whole layout should be
considered as only
