ORDER
1. By this common order I would dispose off two revision
petitions. First being
prosecution story, a plot ad-measuring 1000 sq.feet situated in 149
Gulmarg Bagh Colony, Agar Road, Ujjain was of the ownership and in possession ... Pratap with a common
intention through undue monitory game misrepresented to one Kamlesh Trivedi and
Rahul Trivedi that the plot in question is available

In these circumstances, there
first application filed by the petitioner was dismissed on
22.07.2019 by a common order passed in CRM-M-31705-2018 in the case ... have sold the plots to more than
400 people without getting the colony approved. Even
some part of the Shamlat land (common land) has also
built upon a plot measuring 75 Sq. Yards, comprised in the
Revenue Estate of village Chowkri Mubarikabad, Anand Parbat, Delhi
now commonly known as property
unknown at plot no. G - 11/6,
Ratiya Marg, Sangam Vihar, New Delhi from accused persons which
they, in furtherance of their common intention, dishonestly ... have been driven shall be tried to be sold at the
said plot by the accused persons as alleged by the police. This is

6. With regard to very same plot, the appellant
herein also filed a suit in Original Suit ... respondent from demolishing the constructions made by
the appellant on the aforesaid plot. The said suit is
also pending in Case
spot to find out the location of
her plot, it was revealed that no such plot exits on the spot.
Usha Jain made a complaint ... also been
cheated in the manner that plots of land were sold to them
despite the plots were not available physically on the spot
