Rao has obtained possession and Holder Khatha

absolute Sale Deed dated
property, but there is a
mistake in seeking for transfer of khatha on behalf of the
purchaser Smt.G.Vijaya Lakshmi i.e., the respondent ... documents reveals
that it is the signature of the earlier khatha holder and also the
owner and not purchaser. It appears that the petitioner
relief of permanent injunction in
respect of vacant site bearing Khatha No.534/8, old
No.480/165, situated at Chelur, Gubbi Taluk, bounded ... date of sale of the suit property,
Nirmala was the registered khatha holder in respect of the said
property.

owner of suit schedule property having residential
house bearing khatha No.985 (old khatha No.804, house
list No.19 & 20) situated ... registered
sale deed dated 26.06.2004 executed by Syeed through
her GPA holder. The khatha is also transferred in his
name. According to plaintiff earlier

title holders or successors, if any such dispute arisen in future
