defines theft. It states : "whoever, intending to take
dishonestly any movable property out of the possession of any person
without that person ... over property; (b)
that person should dishonestly misappropriate or convert to his own
use that property, or dishonestly use or dispose of that property
expression ,movable property' and not of 'property' and can
apply to all corporeal property except property excluded
from the definition ... case the context must determine
whether the property there referred to is
intended to be property movable or
immoveable."
The case law, therefore

documents cannot be considered to be “movable property” and
the temporary removal of the documents for taking away the
contents thereon
