proxy litigation through the complainant.1 The accused has further contended that
a person named ... CrPC, the accused had stated that the
present complaint is a proxy litigation on behalf of a person named Mr. Suresh Kumar. However
respondent No. 2 states that
the present petition is a proxy litigation by respondent No. 3, i.e. the
husband. He further states that
petition had been filed bona fide? Or, is this petition a proxy
litigation? For the present consideration, it is not necessary
persuaded
her father to file the litigation and is pursuing a proxy litigation.
10. On perusal of all the above said factual background
purchased by him from his own client and a flurry of proxy litigation
ensued. More than 80 cases were filed inter se respondent
except for personal gain or
private profit either for themselves or as proxy of others
or for any other extraneous motivation or for glare ... liable to be non-suited in their pursuit of this proxy
litigation.
Consequently, there is no merit in this PIL and the same is
accordingly
Ramesh Gupta, his employer or that Ramesh
Gupta was pursuing this proxy litigation through the
complainant.

Same suggestion was put to CW1complainant ... witness box and as to why Ramesh Gupta would fight
this proxy litigation with him. But, there is not even a whisper
in this regard
think that we could be
justified in permitting the proxy war in
the name of litigation styled as public
interest litigation when the real sufferer
only twice i.e on
11.07.2013 and 01.10.2013. On six days, the proxy
counsel for revisionistrespondent appeared before the

shows that he was only a proxy counsel. Revisionist has
also not explained that if the proxy counsel did not
supply him the copies
