NTBCL contended that the petition before the High Court amounted to
proxy litigation, initiated by Respondent No. 1 at the behest of NOIDA,
allegedly
objective, an aspect normally
deterred by the Court because this causes proxy
litigation in purely contractual matters.
2. The judicial review of such contractual matters
carried forward
by the said alleged tenant is nothing but a proxy litigation on behalf of
the original allottees, who were the defaulters
