felling and disposal of diseased, dry, fallen and uprooted trees in
the TTZ area, we are of the view that if any authority or person ... dispose of diseased, dry and fallen or

uprooted trees in the TTZ area, they shall make an application to
the Central Empowered Committee giving
several open drains and sewer
lines in the Taj Trapezium Zone (TTZ) and the City of Agra in
particular. It is said that the waste ... clear threat to the sanitary and
hygiene in the TTZ area and Agra City. It would result in breeding
of mosquitoes and flies and spread
environs, being the Taj Trapezium Zone (for short,
“TTZ”) which is spread over six districts of Uttar Pradesh and one district
(Bharatpur) in Rajasthan. Directions ... then, there will be a status quo in the Taj

5. While seeking clarification of the above reproduced status quo
order
then,

After filing of these applications, this Court, by order dated
turn is likely
to reduce the load of vehicle pollution in the
TTZ area, that the number of trees to be

cut/translocated
that an application may be filed again
in the Taj Trapezium Zone (TTZ) after taking permission from this
Court for the establishment of the plant ... clearance which are necessary to secure essential
amenities within Taj Trapezium Zone (TTZ). This Court also observed
that not allowing construction of such basic infrastructure
have employed to transport
passengers from the new air field to the TTZ, Agra.
