26. 27.01.2015 PW.40 sent two notices to Twitter
petition. On 07.05.2018, Sh. Dhruv Rathee
published on his Twitter account, an allegation that the Information
and Technology („IT‟) Cell of Bharatiya Janata Party ... also shared the URL of the
defamatory video on his Twitter account.
12. It is alleged that the petitioner herein had then retweeted the
said
assaulted and humiliated
by some persons via social media through his Twitter account. Such
incident allegedly took place in the area of the informant. However ... integrity amongst the people. The Petitioner had posted via his
twitter account that few unknown ladies are being assaulted
physically by Ruling Party Workers

was accessing his Twitter account on his mobile phone, he came across three
