Punjab Police Rules,1934. Likewise, all direct recruit probationer

conformity with Rules 12.2 (3), 12.8 and 13.18 of the 1934 Rules.
Learned State counsel would further refer
posts of Head Constables as such were to be governed by rule 13.18 of the Rules although in the order these promotions were shown ... promotion made in accordance with the Rules 13.1(2) or 13.18 of the Rules. On 29.6.1995, respondent No. 4 had ordered the reversion
