passed by the Ld. Predecessor of this Court, charge under
Section 160 / 34 IPC ... Cr.P.C, accused
admitted the genuineness of FIR No. 176/2022 alongwith
certificate u/s 65 of Indian Evidence Act Ex.A1(colly
CrPC.
Thereafter, formal notice in terms of Section 251 CrPC was served upon
