Section 182 of the said Act the petitioners have presented under Section 183 of the Calcutta Municipal Act, 1951, Municipal Appeal ... June, 1976, has inserted the following Sub-section (3-A) in Section 183 of the Calcutta Municipal Act, 1951 :--
"No appeal under, this section
18th January 1915. But there is a proviso contained in Article 183 which runs as follows: "Provided that when the judgment, decree or order ... itself a "revivor" within the meaning of Article 183 of the Schedule of the Limitation Act .
21. The test of what constitutes such
