2002, I was residing in Bungalow No. 18,
at Gulbarg Society, Chamanpura, Omnagar Road at
Meghaninagar, with my family at the time of Godhra
Riots ... donation in the name of

providing legal assistance to the 2002 Gujarat Riot Victims. Such
donations received by the two Trusts had never reached
that their aforesaid premises
were damaged during the Godhra riots on 28 th February, 2002. A
complaint was instituted by the respondent, M/s Harsolia ... ground that postGodhra incident, which
took place on 27th February, 2002, riots broke out resulting into
complainant’s goods being destroyed by fire
including those of worship, which were damaged
during the communal riot of the year 2002 for
restoration to the original position, as those existed ... mosques, dargahs, graveyards, khankahs
and other religious places damaged during the riot in 2002.
Therefore, we do not intend to use the expression “victim
ruling party
i.e., BJP, for their role in the Gujarat Riots, 2002. Thus
the institution of the current case against the Applicant
