Pandit (Telugu) in DSC 2008 by producing fake caste certificate as BC-B
(Perika Balija) & (Dudekula ... petitioner has lost her
employment as Language Pandit (Telugu) in DSC 2008 in the category of BC-
B Women. It is further submitted that

Proc.Rc.No.863/A2/DSC/2008, dated .5.2020 issued by the 1st
respondent as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust, malafide ... appointed to the said post as
per his ranking obtained in DSC 2008 in terms of the
