gravely erred in relying on the
copy of the judgment in MLJ 1933 Page 381 without there
being anything to show that ... judgment in the case of
Suryanarayana Setty, reported in MLJ 1933 Page 381, to
reject all the contentions urged by the plaintiff
rulings on this point, so that in the background of
law enunciated in those rulings, a better
appreciation of the case on hand ... binding on the company and
the said person must be empowered by law so as to
bind the company. It was a case, where
case of R. Rangaiah Vs. Thimma Setty,
1963(1) MLJ 67, this Court interpreted S.4 Clause (iv) of
the Mysore Court Fees
