appellant Sheopujan Rai under Section 202 of the Indian Penal
Code and sentenced him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for six

the Indian penal Code. Section 202 of the I.P.C. reads as
follows:-
"Whoever, knowing
Indian Penal Code and also
under Section 202 of the Indian Penal Code. The appellants have
been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life ... three years rigorous imprisonment for offence
