23L. Appeal to Securities Appellate Tribunal.
(1) Any person aggrieved, by the order or decision
appeal may be filed before the Securities Appellate Tribunal under section 23L and the fees payable in respect of such appeal; (i) any other matter
passed by the adjudicating officer or disposal of the appeal under section 23L, whichever is earlier
India Act, 1992 shall apply. (4) No appeal shall lie under section 23L against any order passed by the Board or the adjudicating officer
