petitioner fairly concedes
that there is an alternate remedy under Section 23L of the Securities
Contracts (Regulation) Act 1956, (SCRA), therefore, he may be granted ... present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with
liberty to file under Section 23L of the SCRA.
5. Learned counsel, however, submits that by this time

Kumar alongwith Avtar Mohd. were going on Activa Scooter
No.PB- 23L-7339, which was being driven by Avtar Singh and
Suresh Kumar
Securities Appellate Tribunal under
Section 15T of SEBI Act, 1992 and Section 23L of Securities Contract
(Regulation) Act, 1956. Thus, any person being aggrieved

1956. The petitioner can approach the authorities under
that the petitioner has not taken recourse to the mechanism
under Section 23L of the SCRA, 1956 before the Securities Appellate

alternate remedy under the Securities Contracts
(Regulation) Act, 1956 , under Section 23L to file an appeal. Therefore, the
petitioner has to approach the concerned Forum
taken the car of the complainant bearing registration NO.
HR-23L-7935 but is not returning the same for the past 10-
11 months.
