appellant challenges his conviction and sentence for
an offence under Section 304A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860

only an offence punishable under Section 304A IPC (not admitted)
would be made out. Per contra, it was submitted ... whether the materials on record establish an offence punishable
under Section 304A IPC; or
iii. what if any, is the offence(s) made out from
corresponding to TOR 113 of 2015 u/s 304A of the IPC,
pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court Sealdah.

treatment, therefore, he was guilty of committing an offence
punishable under Section 304A of IPC. The accused was not
