14) PW7 HC Manoj deposed that on 14.10.2005, he was on duty
from
been declared brought dead. This
information was recorded vide DD no. 32PP and the matter
was marked to ASI Baljit for necessary action. Pursuant
Singh (Investigating Officer) deposed
that on 14.01.2005, on receipt of DD No.32PP, he alongwith Ct. Bal Hussain went
to the spot where they found
that day, upon receiving call on wireless set, he entered DD
No.32PP. The same is now Ex.PW7/A (OSR).

Constable. He further deposed that on
that day he received DD No. 32PP and the investigation in the present case
further deposed that on that day
he received DD No. 32PP and thereafter he reached at the spot i.e. Bus
Stand, ABlock, Shahbad
