been introduced in the Indian Penal Code by virtue

death was received, offences under Section 364A and Section 302
read with Section 34 IPC were added. The initial
Indian Penal Code ( IPC ) for committing offences punishable
under Sections 364A , 34 , 395 and 412 of the IPC, hereby call into
question the confirmation ... commission of offences,
inter alia by the appellants herein under Sections 364A , 395 , 412
and 120B of the IPC. The prosecution led 22 witnesses
filed by the appellant questioning his conviction and
sentence under Section 364A IPC has been dismissed.
