against Bhagat Singh, husband of the complainant under Ssection 498-A
IPC , the matter was put up before the Senior Superintendent ... registered on that date 13.01.2016
only under Sections 498-A IPC against the husband Bhagat Singh. It is only
thereafter that the instant
offence punishable under section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code
(" IPC " for short) and is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment ... accused is acquitted of the offence punishable under
Sections 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.
24 The bail bond of the accused shall stand
explanation appended to the
Section 498-A Indian Penal Code, the cruelty as
deposed by P.W.1 and 2 does not revealing about ... indicate the ingredients attracted to the
explanation of Section 498-A of Indian Penal Code.
Therefore, in my opinion the prosecution is unable to
convince
