manner as stated above.

RELATIVES OF HUSBAND' with addition of Section 498-A in the Indian Penal Code were inserted by Act 46 of 1983 and enforced ... amendments were made in Indian Penal Code and Indian Evidence Act as mentioned above and the provisions of Section 498-A and Section

against Bhagat Singh, husband of the complainant under Ssection 498-A
IPC , the matter was put up before the Senior Superintendent ... registered on that date 13.01.2016
only under Sections 498-A IPC against the husband Bhagat Singh. It is only
thereafter that the instant
offence punishable under section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code
(" IPC " for short) and is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment ... accused is acquitted of the offence punishable under
Sections 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.
24 The bail bond of the accused shall stand
explanation appended to the
Section 498-A Indian Penal Code, the cruelty as
deposed by P.W.1 and 2 does not revealing about ... indicate the ingredients attracted to the
explanation of Section 498-A of Indian Penal Code.
Therefore, in my opinion the prosecution is unable to
convince
