an amendment dated 9th January, 2014 which in Rule 5 (10
B) provides as follows

11. On 9th July 2019, the Maharashtra Tax Laws (Levy,
Amendment and Validation) Act 2019 came to be enacted which
exhibits and the
order of issuance of process dated 9th April, 2015.
2. The requisite amendment may be carried out within one
week from today
Applicant/Plaintiff has tendered a schedule of draft
amendment with praecipe dated 9th February 2022.
