dated 20.04.2011 appointed the ADLR, Bengaluru
Rural District to measure the land on which the

finality.
5. Thereafter, the ADLR submitted the report
as per Annexure-D before this Court on 06.09.2011.

ADLR City Survey, Belgavi City for certifying the entry effected in

appoint an ADLR as the Commissioner to conduct

application to appoint ADLR as a Commissioner.

respondent contending
parties, I deem
it just and appropriate to appoint the jurisdictional
ADLR as a Court Commissioner for the purpose of
conducting a survey to ascertain ... state that the said
survey shall be conducted by the jurisdictional ADLR

2007-08 before the Deputy Commissioner of Land
Records, Dharwad (ADLR), to delete the name of the vendor of the
