refuse to assist him. In Sita Ram Vs. Radha Bai AIR 1968 SC
534 it was held that the principle that the Courts will

(supra)) that a suit under Section 6 embodies
Nair Service Society Ltd. v. K.C. Alexander & Others , AIR 1968
SC 1165. Their Lordships at para 22 emphatically stated:-
