unauthorised construction
would have included the Act of 1904 in Section 3 of the AMASR Act, 1958 and therefore an ancient monument etc. can be so held ... virtue of the notification as envisaged under Section 4 of the AMASR Act, 1958 compliance of which is mandatory.
