The petitioner contended that the petitioner was
married with the opposite ... August, 2020. The

petitioner presently is compelled to reside at Arambag
along with the said child.
In the meantime the opposite party has instituted
learned
District Judge, Bankura to the court of learned
Additional District Judge, Arambag, Hooghly.
The petitioner contended that the petitioner was
married with the opposite ... ward resides with her mother/petitioner within the
jurisdiction of the Arambag court, so the Arambag court
has the jurisdiction to hear and dispose
Chandannagar, Hooghly to the Court of the learned
Additional District Judge, Arambag, Hooghly. The grounds
seeking such transfer are as follows:-
a) Two criminal cases ... pending against the
husband at Arambag.
b) The petitioner is not physically fit to travel to
Chandannager.
c) The petitioner has to leave behind
construction work. As such,
the learned District and Sessions Judge, 1st court, Arambag, Hooghly while
exercising his jurisdiction in respect of an order passed ... passed to
submit a report of the Assistant Engineer, PWD, Construction, Arambag for
hearing. In case such a report has already been submitted, the learned

issued by the Sub-Divisional Controller, Food and Supplies, Arambag
to the District Controller (Food & Supplies), Chinsurah, Hooghly that
on 27th July ... back her licence. So, the then Sub-Divisional Controller (Food &
Supplies), Arambag again called for a hearing on 17 th August
said pregnancy, she delivered her

daughter on 03rd December 2003 at Arambag, but none from her
matrimonial family visited and completely neglected them.
Once
cent. Among the other correctional
homes in the vicinity, Arambag Sub-Correctional Home has an
occupancy rate of 369.57 per cent, Serampore Sub-Correctional Home
under Section 439 of the Code
of Criminal Procedure in connection with Arambag P. S. Case
No.306 of 2022 dated 24.10.2022 under Sections
directed that each of
the petitioner shall appear before the learned ACJM,
Arambag, Hooghly in the G.R. Case arising out of the
aforesaid
dated
26.9.2019 passed by the learned Additional District Judge,
2nd Court, Arambag, Hooghly in Matrimonial Suit No.85 of
2017.
