In the Written Statement filed ... issue of unauthorized absenteeism and any other
misconduct as is alleged by the Petitioner/ Management in
the Written Statement filed before the School Tribunal, shall
contention of the petitioner set out in its
skeletal written statement running into one and a quarter page is

124 has concluded that the contention of unauthorized absenteeism
is a charge of having committed a mis-conduct by the employee
continuously till 19.05.1996.
