for transactions. The said secret information was forwarded
Drashti Construction for assessment year 2010-2011,
which was accepted by Angadia (Agent) situated at Ahmedabad. Since
the learned Special Judge, CBI, Ahmedabad has rejected ... found that the
bribe amount of Rs. 30 lakhs was delivered to Angadia (Agent) at
Ahmedabad through his different acquaintances of Calcutta, Jaipur,
Ahmedabad
would submit that
some amount has been received by some accused by Angadia,
which has been considered by learned Trial Court and
thereafter released ... conspiracy was hatched between the accused persons and
amount was transferred to Angadia. Therefore, this
application may be rejected.

also suggest that amount was demanded from another branch
of the Angadia Pedhi which was accepted by the accused
persons. She also submitted that

was working as Manager of the Branch situated at
Ankleshwar and applicant
extortion to the
respondent by way of bank, cash and angadia pedi till the
